When I Started:
Aug, 2007
How I Started:
Well when I got to college n 2007 I started lifting heavy..Creatine allowed me to go from 220 lbs to 240 within 7 months..Felt great, then I switched to Muscle Milk to stay toned..After consulting a doctor, I immediately stopped taking all supplements, and I know work out the all natural way.
Why I Love It:
I love staying in shape, looking good, and feeling good about myself. God gave us these incredibles bodies as vessels for His will, and I will take care of it. Plus I love the ripped look, the strong abs, and having an overal great body.
How I Stay Motivated:
As a minister I'm always in the spotlight, meeeting people, and inspiring people. I beleive leaders of all aspects need to take care of themselves, and should try to look their best.. If people see the preacher in the gym, it might encourage them to start workouting out as well. Plus as an Army ROTC Cadet, being in top physical condition is a requirment!
BB Accomplishments:
I was glad to reach 240 in 2008, that's the biggest I've ever gotten. Now that I'm all natural I maintain a weight of 217-220 lbs, but I want to reach 210 of pure ripped musclar body.

Goals:
Main Goal:
Transform My Body
Goal (Overall):
Have a Ripped and Powerful Body
Goal (Long):
My Goal is to have a ripped body, with a body fat % ranging from 6-8, but still maintain power and brute strength. I'm skeptical about taking fat burner because my research has shown me they ruin your kindneys in the long run, and/or they are a real health risk. I've been working all natural for about 2 months, and I can already feel the difference in my body. I want to maintain and gain more strength, but still have a ripped body where I can still exceed the army's push-up, sit-up, and 2 mile run test during the afpt.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%
Upcoming Contest:
Commission as an officer in the United States Army
