I have finished the last week of keto and have successfully completed 9 weeks. This is a diet I can see myself coming back to and always like to make myself some personal reminders. I went through most of this diet in dehydration as I felt drinking water was useless because I couldn't retain the water without carbs. Now I see it could be healthier and boost fat loss.
