Overall Goal:  I want to reach 240-245 pounds around the end of March. Then I will start trimming for my first competition at the end of May.

Thanks man the off season is was going great now im starting my diet here real soon i had lots of nuttella and begal on my off season helped me hit that 260. It's going to be hard to give that stuff up again. But my first week was good i lost 6 lbs mad quick only cut out the junk and start 30 mintues cardio a day.
