I want to compete in the 2009 Muscle Mayhem in Kansas city, MO (May 23rd, 2009)
Goal (Long):
I want to reach 250/255# and then start a diet to decrease the level of body fat. I am currently at 235# and I am going to be 250# by the end of this year. My first competition should be in the late spring/summer of 2009.

I'm up to 266 this morning, but my BF is prob around 25%, so that's not the quality 260 you're after. I had started losing some of the fat but the diet went south and bulking is just more fun. Still, I want to drop to 10% in the next year. You, my friend, are well on your way to massive man with cuts. Such a good job on your part, Carlo.
