Thanks man the off season is was going great now im starting my diet here real soon i had lots of nuttella and begal on my off season helped me hit that 260. It's going to be hard to give that stuff up again. But my first week was good i lost 6 lbs mad quick only cut out the junk and start 30 mintues cardio a day.
Thats a good time for a show, allows you time to bulk before the cut down and your not trying to diet during the holidays or summer! lol Hope you New Years was a good one. Take care,
