How I Started:
I always liked working out and just being active and playing sports and stuff, but the gym was an on and off thing for me because i guess i didn't really know what i was doing, and wasn't really all that dedicated and focused! Of course thats different now!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel good about myself. It makes me feel strong, healthy, confident and just all around great. I love the thought of being a strong woman!
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, seeing the results in my body definatley motivates me, apart from being able to lift heavier weight little by little. Also, when I see strong, dedicated women with awesome bodies it is motivating.
BB Accomplishments:
Well, I really have no "bodybuilding" accomplishments, but I have accomplished to lose about 15lbs and definately tone up. I hope to accomplish more in the near future!

Goal (Long):
My current goal is to lower my body fat to about 16%. Long term goal is 12%. I want to build more muscle mass. I want to trim my waist, build more mass on my legs, and tone my upper body. I also want to better my endurance and just keep challenging myself to see how far I can get!
She has an amazing freaking body, and she is the ultimate example of hard work and dedication! She has definately inspired me to train harder, be more determined and dedicated to achieve my body goal, which is to have my body look at least a smidge like hers! lol Luv it!!!!!!!! =)
Its been going. i have just started a better eating plan and added some more weight to the basic cardio i was doing. I had a great workout today and i can't wait to progress even more.

wow thats good going! mine seems so crap compared to you! i do 20-25 min on rowing machine every day and try to beat the previous days record each time, and before working out i would use the jump rope to warm up, other than that i try to walk with my twins in their double buggy as much as possible which is quite an intense walk as it is so heavy! me and my partner want to start jogging and eventually running too.
protein is exactly same as yours and use brown rice and wholegrain bread, pasta, and occassionally corn wraps. other than that i dont eat much else, we have a cheat day once a week also, but i would only eat maybe a couple of biscuits or chocolates, but never too much as you said! what cardio do u do? i use rowing machine but have hurt across my caesarean scar 2day from pushing myself too hard so will have to change tactics!
wow thats quite intense! at the minute i do 3 days a week of resistance training it only takes 40 mins so maybe i do need 2 step it up a bit more, or maybe its just perfect for me starting out again! mines an all body workout but i change it from week 1 to week 2 and alternate. whats your diet like? im not sure if mine is right for me as i dont seem to be losing any of the weight around my tummy!
