How I Started:
I always liked working out and just being active and playing sports and stuff, but the gym was an on and off thing for me because i guess i didn't really know what i was doing, and wasn't really all that dedicated and focused! Of course thats different now!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel good about myself. It makes me feel strong, healthy, confident and just all around great. I love the thought of being a strong woman!
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, seeing the results in my body definatley motivates me, apart from being able to lift heavier weight little by little. Also, when I see strong, dedicated women with awesome bodies it is motivating.
BB Accomplishments:
Well, I really have no "bodybuilding" accomplishments, but I have accomplished to lose about 15lbs and definately tone up. I hope to accomplish more in the near future!

Goal (Long):
My current goal is to lower my body fat to about 16%. Long term goal is 12%. I want to trim my waist, build more mass on my legs, and tone my upper body. Forget toned, I want to get ripped!!! Lol I also want to better my endurance and just keep challenging myself to see how far I can get!
She has an amazing freaking body, and she is the ultimate example of hard work and dedication! She has definately inspired me to train harder, be more determined and dedicated to achieve my body goal, which is to have my body look at least a smidge like hers! lol Luv it!!!!!!!! =)
Good morning! Glad to hear your back to the gym. Thats such a good feeling to be back and have a kick ass workout. I work out solo, I like keeping my intensity up the whole time. Although it would be nice for someone to push me somedays. I'm all set for Christmas, actually got done early this year. Are you all set? Do you do any traveling for the holidays?
We're in the middle of a bilzzard here...I'm loving it. Too bad my car sux in the snow or I'd be heading for the mts to go boarding. No lifting today, just shoveling. Hows your w/e going (besides being under the weather)?
Hey there! I' so excited this week is almost over and next week is the holiday week, which means vaca time! So sorry to hear your sick..that really sucks. I think something going around cause lots of people are feeling that way. Ur right though, don't push it and get your rest, so you can be 100% at the gym when your better.
