Why I Love It:
I love it, mayjor stress relieve, and it makes me feel better about me. Im back up at about 102... to 105 but with all of the muscle gain Ive had its about where I should be.
How I Stay Motivated:
Heck I like the way I look, and Im coonstanly looking for more ways to improve it. and the eye candy at the gym isnt too bad either.

You've gotta build the muscle first if you want it to show. Eat clean and don't be afraid to lift heavy weights! Be consistent and you can do it :)
