Worked my butt off today - i really went hard and it was great. Also got 2 games of racquetball in so I had a good day - about to eat so I can recover and maybe take a nap - :)-

Girl, progress is being made. I finally got out of the 190lb club and the 30% bodyfat crew. So, I'm excited!!! Next goal is to get out of the 180lb group by end of Sept. so I'm pushing hard and trying to stay focused. Everytime I think about cheating, I think about failing my goal - so IT'S ON!!!!

Actually, all is going well. My bodyfat is lower and so is my weight. So I can't complain at all. Started a new diet and new workout today so - I'm excited.

check out this website - www.lopersclub.org/ This is the running club that I joined when I did the LA Marathon in 2003. We met every sunday morning and ran (different groups based on your pace). It was great and the schedule of running really helped me stay on track. I plan to do a 1/2 next year and will be using their schedule to prepare. Take care.

Yes, I can see progress - you are doing it! One day at a time. Keep it up 16lbs is a lot for less than 1 months time.

I see your goal is to work on abs but we can't see them. The back is looking great, how's the abs coming along and what are you doing? I haven't seen my abs since 2004 (had 2 kids back to back)and really don't know where they went :)-
