Why or why not?
My family and friends really don't have the same drive as I do when it comes to fitness. Therefore, I don't tell them what I'm up to, I just let them see the results and then if they ask what I'm doing, that opens the door to share. A lot of my friends and family think that if you are not overweight, then you don't need to exercise.
