How I Started:
Started weight training March 2007 with my husband. We both did great! but then in 2008 we quit doing it and now I'm back over my worst weight. I'm finally SICK of it and am heading back. Although, this time to a gym becuase Texas summers are just too hot in the garage.
Why I Love It:
I feel stronger and skinnier even if it's only on the inside for now.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm here because y'all are such an inspiration.
I'm going to keep visualizing how I want to look and read to see how y'all are doing.

Hi! Right now im doing o.k. bodyfat was at a standstill was try to add some more size but, it time to eat alot more cleaner and lose this bodyfat once and for all. Goal weight is about 215 lb by august. p.s. you look great keep up the hard work its all about timing. Talk to you later.

Yes I lift while bulking and I lift heavy at that. So it will be very interesting to see how much muscles I've gained when most of this fat is gone. :-)
back at it and making great progess. Yesterday, I wore this button dress shirt I have not worn in a while. It use to be so loose on me and now it so tight and small. I can't believe I have grown that much as of late. it so great!! I am going to be massive by spring! You will love my new look!!

ur so sweet!! i really appreciate u saying that..my lower half has for sure seen the most change and really only since july! crazy!! but i have to admit i'm back on the diet soda.. :( but only 1 a day, not the 3 i was having...any more than that and i'm a jitterbug...what's ur training like?
oooowwwwww.........flat white chick butt is a curse. Glutes on cables is the best. I posted a video on my page of it. Its a great way to add some dangerous curves
