i mostly do operating system support (windows servers), vmware, MSsql but I get to dabble in all things servers. But maybe not for much longer as my work unit is being decimated and i am going to a new area which looks really boring (file and print support ffs)

i am doing awesome. at least 1 pb every session. After doing weights today was the first time i noticed veins popping out in my forearms.

ah ha! Thanks for that, it makes perfect sense now. I have never really done specific core work before, never done sprinting either which probably would have helped.

Hi Ryan! Squats are coming along slowly. I am only squatting 32.5kg which is not much more than my bench. I only just figured this out today: but I think my back is the weakest link, I haven't progressed much for back extensions. My legs are strong, probably have some muscle memory from my hill/trail running days.
