Im pretty low calorie and low carb right now while leaning out for summer. I stay away from flour bread rice and grains. Mostly eating meat eggs fruit and veggies and around 1800 cal a day
Well I do behind the back shrugs mainly for traps. By placing the bar behind your back you essentially eliminate all momentum and limit the motion to purely target the traps, rather than shoulders, arms and traps. For shoulders I recommend Seated Barbell Shoulder Press, Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press, Barbell Upright Rows and Dumbbell Side Lateral Raises. Those give me the best results. :)
Hey, actually I have been eating a high carb diet, but I have been doing a lot of cardio (mainly sprints and shuttle runs) and I have recently added plyometrics and yoga to my workout regime
for my traps I do the following:
Shrugs 4x10
Barbell Shrugs Behind Back 4x10
Upright Rows 3x10
have tried several exercises but have gotten best results with these.
Hey man. Yeah lately I've been steppin up the cardio, runnin about 2-3 miles a day plus interval cardio and weights.. also been eating cleaner than usual
It was a combo of cardio and diet. I really played with my diet till I found something that worked for me...than it was just a matter of sticking to it. If you need any help with anything shoot me a PM and I will try to help in any way that I can.
