Morning...yeah...i have a low carb diet my man! also taking in about 1.5-2grams of protein per pound... Keto Diet...have a look at it..

At beginning of my program it was like 3 times a week LIT cardio at the end of program it was 4 times a week HIIT. I'm always running for cardio.

I just got done with a competition. When I was cutting down for it, I was on a low carb diet, but now I am increasing them again to put on size. Low carbs and high protein worked great for cutting down the bodyfat for the competition though.
