DJaRiHardstyle thank you so much for the advice. i'm definitely following you once i finish typing this. so yeah i'm just really curious what kind of workout program you think would be good for bulking. right now i do: Mon - chest/biceps, Wed - delts, traps, triceps, Thurs - back, abs, Sat - quads, calves, Sun - hamstrings, abs. also i already posted this question but should i start each workout with the biggest mass building exercise? evgeny231 Listen 2 me pain is temporary. It may last for an hour or a year. Everytime something gets hard you quit. I DARE you to take a little PAIN. You ain't gonna die and at the end of pain is success. You'll be exactly where you want to be because you ate it breathed it and Dreamed it.
