Posted in Nutrition : Sep 26, 2011 2:45pmI had a revelation a couple of days ago. I need to change. I need to find greater strategies for growth. I have studied and have come to some certain conclusions about training and nutrition for my bulking. I now have aspirations to compete. Not to have the bragging rights or to be able to say I am better than others, but simply to maximize my potential. I have a lot to me. I need to pull that out. Here are some of the conclusions I have come to:
Training -
I need more rest to be more intense. I have trained 6 days per week in the past for condition

Everyday for the past 8 days (finish of the Labrada transformation) I have kept up my focus on my body. I have shifted directions. I am fueling my body for growth. I have two weeks left for the BSN Finish First transformation. I want to come in bigger for this than i did for Labrada. I have a plan to keep cals between 4,000 to 3,000 and come in spikingly lean but not look quite as flat.
