I didn't start working out till about 4 years ago. One day I woke up and went and got a gym membership. Now I'm addicted.
Why I Love It:
Because it's awesome to look in the mirror and see the results of your pain in the gym.

between 7-10
because my goal is musclular failure with heavy weight, why wait till 20 reps to get there.

Hey Chris! Excellent progress, man! You're going to look amazing in a few months. Give yourself another 8-12 weeks and you'll be at your target bodyfat percentage, guaranteed. Next time you're at the gym, meet with me for a few minutes and I'll go over your meal plan with ya.

yea i plan on getting after it...in the process of building a pullup bar for the chest/back days here at the house...the diet is working for me right now thats for sure....cutting out of station food hurt some of the guys feelings but i have goals.
