How I Started:
I started working out when I was 17 years old and it was at a gym in Puerto Rico called Roberts gym. Now I moved from P.R and am living in Boston. At this moment I am going to the Y.M.C.A
Why I Love It:
I love Bodybuilding because it makes me look great and keeps me in good health.

Its easy to stay motivated really, I just get a lot of complements.

Since I got sick for 2 weeks I have been trying to work as hard as before sometimes I can other times just give up. well you know I have two kids one year old and four years old. But I have seen changes. Keep in touch So long.

I'm not big on supplements. I only mess with proteins, creatine & multi-vitmains & fish oil.

Hi Chris I have for the last 7 weeks cut out all the fried foods and actually I drink a lot of water and 12 oz of 2% milk a day plus soft drinks I try not to drink because I do not want my son to drink are not good for him he is only 4 yrs old. what I tried to say is helping in choosing a suplements. that can help me to accelerate the weight loss. Can you do that for me but the way is a tatoo in your arm. What is it. can i take a good look of it. Have a good one.

Hi! Chris, It's me. I just want to say I hope your having good time. and I have been exercising hard; but I don't see any change of my weight, just losing couple inches and my brother said that maybe because I am also doing some weight training besides cardio. right now I am running from 2.5 miles to 3 miles 4 to 6 times a week. do have any suggestion for me. you know like some diet pills. hope you can respond me as soon as possible. Be good

HI Chris I am doing ok. I have been exercising a lot trying to lose the extra weight and so far is good. also I am running 2 miles every other day. how you doing. have a nice one thanks for being my friend

Hi! Chris, How you doing? I am working everyday, I doing weight training and cardio. so far so good I have noticed some changes still is a long road; but I know if I just keep up with it one day I will reach my goal. any plans for this weekend
