Why or why not?
My friends can see it. Thankfully, they're involved or otherwise respect it. My family, just allow it. Can't stop it so why fight it. ;)
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Watch any of a number of Jay Cutler video of the day's specific workout while sipping on this months reasonably priced NO supp. ;D
What back workout has worked best for you?
Pull-up w/belt and up to 60lb dumbbell hanging.
