Hey Matt, Training is going great. Diet not so good but seeing great strides in my lifts and feel much stronger. I am happy at my current weight if I can keep from gaining. Still working on this 40/40/20 diet.

Thanks for checking in bro! Training is going great but my diet is horrible. I do great all week and drop the fat but then weekends kill me...lol It is OK though because I still feel great and notice changes.

Going pretty good. I hit a rut for a few weeks and been stahled at the weight loss but still making great gains in the gym. Not giving up and still working hard at it so I am sure it will go.

Training going great! I use Adobe Photoshop CS to alter the photos. You can do it with any Photoshop program though. I need to throw up the latest ones but not much of a difference in the last ones really.

Thanks man! I hope you had a good Holiday. My goal is to get under 20% and around 230 lbs for now. I have been trying to stick with small goals instead of one big one. This place and you guys have really been a motivational tool. I really apreciate all of the feedback.

How the hell you been bud? I am doing great. Diet is going good and I finally hit that 250 mark as of this morning. My actual weigh-in is not till Sunday though. My goal now is 20% BF no matter the weight. Doing a 3-day split and loving it...

How the hell you been bud? I am doing good. I actually lost 4 lbs and another .3% BF last week. I do weigh-ins on Sunday but stepped on scale this morning and finally got that 250 mark. Hoping to come in around 248 this sundy with about 26.5% BF. My goal now is 20% no matter the weight really

Doing good man. I dropped BF% this week but no weight. Need to dial in those calories a little better. I have the Keto thing in check now just have to work on getting lower calorie intake. Looks like you are still going strong too. I have split to a 3-Day split. I need to have you look it over and see what you think.

Today was legs and lower back. I had an old friend who wanted to join me a the gym so I took him. He insisted ondoing same weights I have worked up to and ended up getting sick so we called it a day early. Didn't even get my cardio in so planning on trying to get some in this evening when I wake up. Only 4 more days of 3rd shift...lol You are doing great and be sure to take a few of those bikini pics this time. Think we need more comparison shots ;)...

Not sure what their deal is so try to just ignore them. Whatever you do don't let them push you out of this competition, challenge, support group. You are doing great and they just cannot handle that fact. I thought for a moment responding to them just a moment ago but they seem to feed off the responses more than anything. Figured ignoring them would be better. Looking forward to your update pictures...;)

Thanks for the encouragement. I am not giving up for sure. I did drop in BF% this week even if the scale didn't change so that is good. I splurged a little over the weekend so going to hit it hard again this week. Going to try and track my calories a bit better too.

Going pretty good! Think I might have hit a bit of a hurdle this week. BF shows drop so far but scale is showing a gained a lb so far. I guess we will see Sunday when I weigh in first thing in the morning. You are doing great and always look forward to seeing your pictures so keep it up. Almost seemed like he personally had a bit of jealousy?...lol
