How I Started:
I knew it was time to start getting into shape when I found it hard to bend over and kiss my 5 year old daughter good night.
Why I Love It:
I feel like a completely different person after working out. It feels good!
How I Stay Motivated:
I am still working on motivation. I do good once I get in the gym but getting there is the tough part.
BB Accomplishments:
My first accomplishment would be dropping 35 lbs and 10% BF. I still have a ways to go but feeling great already!
