My goal is to get as big and fit as possible to win the competitions I will be entering.
Goal (Long):
Right now I weigh 200 lbs, bench press 380, squat 500lbs, and deadlift 475. My goals by the end of the summer is to weigh 210, bench 405, squat 560, and deadlift 530.
I WANT TO WIN AS MANY CONTESTS AS I POSSIBLLY CAN.
One massive and ripped back with solid traps, delts and huge arms and forearms. Rest of body looks like this and with those lifting stats, your goal of winning 'em all is just around the corner. Andre
