Didn't get a chance to go the past couple of days, so I decided to go early this morning. Great move on my part. Had great energy all day.
Did 10 minutes on the elliptical, then some sit-ups and some stretches. Then did some chest presses, tricep pressdowns, and some calf raises. ...
