Honestly, I haven't worked out since I left the Army in 2000. I have always had a good genetic makeup and I've always heard that that's the main part of the battle. I'm straight old schoolin it with my workout,curling with the barbell, pushups, leg lifts, no machines at all and no dumbells. The only supp I'm taking is Nanox9 and I think it's too early to tell how it's doing for me even though I do feel really pumped after my workouts, REALLY PUMPED, lol. I'm looking for tips on diets and how to gain the most muscle in the least amount of time or should I rather say how to maximize my workouts for the best and quickest results! I'm 5'9" and a half, had to put that half in there and about 164lbs and trying to get close to 190, as close as possible. If anybody has tips please feel free to share!!!
