How I Started:
I use to play football and was one of the "super stars" i guess you could say and i needed to get bigger and loose weight at the same time witch is pretty difficult
Why I Love It:
I love working out becuase it gives you the feeling as if your bigger than everyone else
How I Stay Motivated:
My brother keeps me motivated with critisism.

I lost 20 lbs in 4 months whent i was only 13

Workout Program:
Sense I am not yet old enough to join a gym i just work with my bench at home doing an hour of bench, press squats, push ups, and sit ups on mondays and teusdays. Then on wed and thurs i work on legs with leg lifts and i run 2 miles
