This is week 1 of my 3 month cutting program. Just had a good arm workout and very amped and focussed. Carbs is kept very low with very small frequent meals. 85kg @ 10% bf.

Pic taken after my arms session. 83kg @ 8%bf. Happy with overall progress. The 1% extra bf helps me alot to put on some decent muscle size.

Build up some nice muscles over the past couple months. I am entering my cutting phase now and target middle Aug09 to be at 6% bf. Currently at 10%bf and 85kg
