How I Started:
When i was told i had to do PT twice a day (because i was over weight because my body fat percentage was too high). I took it as a time to set some goals and try to reach them. Not to metion i want to look good when i get back home.
Why I Love It:
Because i feel better about myself i can do more. I just feel so much better after working out. I just want to be one of those health people i guess. that every one looks at and goes wow.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just want to be one step in front of my peers. Look foward to the feeling of a good work out. For the most part just remind myself that i dont want to be over weight (fat wise) and just want to be strong and healthy.
BB Accomplishments:
Not to many yet. I have really strong legs from running alot and when some of the guys looks at me and say "what are you going to do with all that weight" (when im lifting) and some one else says "he lifts alot". That always a good feeling.

Goal (Long):
I want to get a 300 on my PT test. I want to be able to run a 13:00 flat on the two mile and be able to get 75 push ups and 80 sit-ups while still building muscle (being big not an issue as long as i can get the above). I want to lose fat to be able to get moderately "riped". I dont want to be a body builder per-say but i do want to have a six pack as defined as i can get and some overall muscle definition.

Bro...you don’t have to lose weight you have to put the weight in the right places. Your young and by looking at your measurements you are not far from passing. Try taking a testosterone buster you will gain muscle mass but in the process burn more fat. It is ok to eat at the DFAC you just have to watch what you eat. Diet is like 50% of it. You don’t need to blow your money buying food to eat when there is a DFAC. Good luck bro if you need any more help just drop a line.
