How I Started:
I was inconsistent with my workouts for years... I'd workout for 6-7 weeks, then miss 3-4 months. I got very frustrated with my lack of progress until I realized I was probably starving my body. Adding the additional 1500 - 2000 calories per day has had some good effects.
Why I Love It:
I love the way an intense workout also clears my head and allows me to focus better at work and keeps me fit and healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Change out my workouts every 4 weeks to different routines.

Not really the beginning, but at start at least Starting to lean out a bit...
Getting into a regular routine before the holidays and trying to figure out how to proceed from here.
Workouts consistency has improved and starting to lean out a bit. Definitely increasing the amount of weights I am moving...

This is a rather belated response but thanks so much for the compliment! Well how did I do it? Just disipline in my diet and hard training...now do that over and over for weeks and eventually, I got those abs lol! For me, much more the diet I admit. So how is your progress going? Near that 10% yet?

ARRRRR Mate, you look great. stop gettin frustrated. remember that it is harder for us to develop and reshape ourselves because of our age. 40+ is harder, but thereare a helluva lot of us out there. I am still reshaping this ol'bod into somethin close to your physique. so don't give up and stick to it stay focused
