How I Started: Always been into sports through highschool, soccer, track... So just always been doin something.

Thanks so do you ;) The two of you look very pretty in that pic. Check out my routine I have it posted on my profile and it has what I do for abs. My fav exercise for abs and what I feel is the best is doing crunches on the swiss ball.
