Thanks bro sounds good i was thinking of trying a diet lower in carb and slightly higer in fat something like 7-8 meals 35-40g Protein per meal, 30g carbs per meal + 15-20g healthy fat per meal.

Thanks man i might try the leg training 2x per week, do u think i should do 2 diff types of workouts eg change exercise and rep ranges?
