thanks bro, congrats on sticking with it and competing - it f**ken tough isnt it! i ended up hiring one of my friends who has experiance with contest dieting and it was never set in stone what i ate from week to week. got my BF measured every week and from the results the diet was altered to keep fat loss moving. Im doing the nationals on the 18th as well and plan on pickin up 1st (got 2nd)

hey dude sorry i didnt get back to you i dont check this thing much. i just competed weekend just gone and placed 2nd in Novice Mens Short - am back on preparing for the Australian Titles. I wasnt happy with my overall look i came in flat and looked better the day before i thought. Mistakes were made with my water depletion! Supps i only use xtend, vaso charge, multi, joint formula, magnesium and species "summerlyze" fat burner take which also helps sleeping. How did u go?

thnx for the add bro..crazy delts i see.. truemass. im using it right now and not exactly bulking..but i have 2 scoops mixed with berries, banana, peanut butter right after my workout... i love it.

Oh yeah, I started off taking 1 scoop of Halo with 6-8 oz water, then I did 2 scoops with 10-12 oz. I tried 3 scoops but I didnt need 3, I got recharged off of one scoop so I stayed at two for constant loading.

Combining the two is a good way to go, I do the same thing sometimes. A full dose of Mass-Tech can be a lot to take in, especially for a guy my size so I mix the two together in the morning once in a while.

i'm not really sure how small it is...lol just keep plugging away, you'll be surprised what you can do in 5 weeks...just remember to note what you did this time so you can possibly make a change next time around. i've seen your pictures, you are lean...i think you're going to be looking good...just stay focused and have fun brotha...5 weeks till you rock out

i use a wide range of supps. i used dren, anadrox, and glutamine sr for my show (not at the same time). now i use up your mass shakes and bars, dark matter, and cyclin to help me sleep. sometimes i use secretegogue as well. im up to about 280 now.
