Thanks alot bro! I keep a high protein, moderate fat, but lower carb diet. I avoid dairy products and sugars with the exception of some fruit. My body is very carb sensistive so I have to watch my carbs closely!

Thanks for the add bro! Supplements im using right now are basics your creatine,fish oils, vitamins, a lot of aminos. I am using a thing of myoshock I had sitting around. Also got some animal pump but besides for that I dont use much. All my money goes towards food.

heres the routine i follow
squats 2 x 8 - 10, 1 x 6 - 8 with a dropset till failure
front squats same as above
leg extensions 2 or 3 x 8 - 10 with statics
glute ham raises 3 x failure
SLDL 3 x 8 - 10
Leg curls 3 x 21's (its a good change from the 8 - 10 rep scheme)
SMith calve raises 3 x 8 - 10
Donkey calve machine 3 sets heavy to failure with drop sets!

I wouldn't recommend a diet like that if you are wanting to stay relatively lean. i only take in around 30-50g good fats a day. which is only around 4-6g fat a meal. Just keep your cho high, and your pro at atleast 40g a meal and you should be all good. Just make sure you are never hungry during bulking ;) - Nik.
Hey bro, supps for bulking? creatine, whey protein, l-glutamine. and lots of food. at least 40g pro per meal, at least 8 meals a day if you can fit it in. have that banana smoothie whey shake 1st thing in morning and last thing at night. and dont worry about your abs. they are the 1st thing to go. if you want to put on size you gotta let them go bro. peace - Nik.
Start training your wheels 2 times a week! This will put more mass over your whole body. Just looking at your body, this will help you in next competition.
I take in quite a bit. Taking in too little can have same effect as taking into too much. more unwanted bodyfat. So I measure according to my bodyweight/ and bmi. I eat 12 oz chicken, 14oz complex carbohydrates, and fats. I have it written down infile
