Started out with just fitness/cardio workouts, and then just recently started working out with weights.
Why I Love It:
Makes me look and feel great. I do cardio/weights/bike. I love biking and it's what kept me in shape before I seriously started working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
My body and how I feel about it and how it looks, motivates me everyday. Well almost everyday.
