How I Started:
It all started when I took a lifting class in high school and went from being small and weak with not much confidence. Then I started to get strong real quick in the first nine months I went from 135 bench to 225 then a year later was at 315 and just kept going.
Why I Love It:
I love walking into the gym with a goal in my head and that is to get a huge as pump every time. I also love it when I start warming up no one is looking and by the time I get to my big sets everyone is watching.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a couple buddies who lift with me and push me. When I have had a long day at work and don't feel like getting in there I know I need to find a way to get pumped up and ready to go cuz once we get in there and start lifting we don't stop. Also I live for the pumps and and bar bending weights when you get under it and getting ready to and then you take it off and you feel every muscle in your body tighten up and your heart is pounding in your throat and you start repping it just trying to get one more.
BB Accomplishments:
In the past year my bench has went up 50 pounds, Also my lats have gotten about twice as wide as what they were.
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Right now I am taking NO and a fat burner. I always take NO before my lifts because it is gives me great pumps. And once I take it I know it time to get ready mentally.
