Was one of the smallest and weakest kids around, decided to strive to be the biggest and strongest around
Why I Love It:
i Love pushing my self in the gym, love passing up goals and setting new ones. Love looking at how far i've came. People going "steroids/damn!!!" is also good too =)
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated everytime i look in the mirror, my lifts are continuing to go up as well as my muscle mass, so that keeps me motivated to go more and more
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing major. Put some muscle on my small frame. No longer called skinny =)
stay relativley low bf while increasing muscle mass, continue to have lifts go up
Goal (Long):
My long term goal is to be atleast 190 lbs at 10 percent bodyfat or below. I'd like to atleast be able to bench 225x10. and have a perfect squat 305x10. I just want to be a big dude with big lifts.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Probobly Dennis Wolf. Maybe not AS big as him, but his v-taper, small waist, and overall aesthetics are very impressive. Something i definitely want to work towards but 250+ would look ridiculous on my frame lol. 200-220 would be awesome with a wolf type physique. I also really like Phil heaths physique except maybe a bit wider, his muscle bellies are insane and like wolf has an awesome waist.Probobly Dennis Wolf. What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
No healthy ones lol. I dont really eat desert anyways. Brownies, cookies or icecream once n a while.
Looking at your progress charts it appears that you've gotten the mass gaining down. I notice that it took you about a year to add the first inch on your arms, but only a few months for the last inch. 17 inches shouldn't take much longer and if you're adding a total of 60 lbs you'll blow right by 17" and hit closer to 19"! Is that 60 lbs goal from when you weighed around 150? Or from your current weigth? In any event, keep up the great work!
