Keep up the progress and don't get discouraged because you aren't as lean as others. The vascular look is genetics people like us have to get below 5% to have 8 packs@!

Hey brotha I hate to keep preaching to you but you are looking good but your not done growing so I wouldn't worry about cutting right now. I would on another 10-20lbs naturally with a lean high protein diet. Whats your current body weight? Where are the pics?

Hey Bro,
Seriously you have to eat something like right now but it needs to have some sort of value. Potatoes, rice, chicken, fish, and lean steak is the only thing you need to fill out then in a few weeks cut and drop the starchy carbs for fiborous carbs like spinache, broccoli, and salads.
