Should I bulk and get fat or do a clean bulk?  I have 4 months prior to my 12 weeks cut in order to cut.  Those 12 weeks to cut I'll obviously be doing cardio among other things and dieting, sauna, and some duiretics.

I'll cardb deplete about a week prior to the show for a few days and load...

im 170 right now i just posted up some pictures but ive only been doing the bulk for about 3 weeks, Ive been doing rippetoes 3X5 and ive seen a big increase in my lifts. I got some pictures ill post up in a minute

so yah I stay away from any high salt foods and I have a pretty strict diet. how intense is your cardio? is it just like jogging for that long?

Hey thanks! Yeah my main goal right now is diet. I've almost gotten it under control. It's mostly making sure im getting enough protein, which is tricky when you're vegan.
