I walked 3 miles this morning and wl do another 2- 3 miles this evening. I have lost 20 lbs since April 29th, 13 since June 6th. I am staying very motivated and have the encouragement of my husband who is also working out and walking with me to lose weight and shape up as well.

I am reading the EAT-CLEAN DIET book that I got at my local CHAPTERS bookstore. It has alot of real good info on nutrition. If you check it out let me know what you think.....good luck with your fitness goals. You can do it!!
