7:30 3 egg whites, 1/2 eng muffin with 1 laughing cow cheese wedge, 1/2 tomato
11:00 1/2 scoop proV60, 1/2 banana and 4 strawberries
1:30 vegetable soup(made from scratch) with 4oz baked chicken
4:30 1/2 scoop proV60
7:30 Baked chicken and asparagus with salsa and sourcream(fat free)
-I probably need more calories...if any suggestion please share :)
