abs, not very sure, my abs's arent all that great. i just do crunches and weighted oblique dips. biceps i'd work them every single day, maybe like 4 times a day, just my fav thing to do. bicep curls, push ups, weighted push ups, dips to work out my tricep, even just regular day to day things

eating healthy. i didn't take any supplements. working out every single day, lifting heavy and never giving up on my goal! simple as that
