I was very skinny and practicing martial arts(capoeira,sambo,aikido); so when i came here to Australia I needed to put some muscle to keep in the game.
Before i had been on an off the gym, now I am dead serious.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel alive, also helps a lot with the selfs teem and complements with the training.
How I Stay Motivated:
Find it a bit hard but is a day by day battle...It's a dicipline!

Yeah, pretty easy to sit behind the computer or drawing desk and get overweight and outta of shape. Being in the Army it's part of my job. Looking to follow my GD career whe I get out. Doing some GD here and there.
