How I Started:
I was very skinny and practicing martial arts(capoeira,sambo,aikido); so when i came here to Australia I needed to put some muscle to keep in the game. Before i had been on an off the gym, now I am dead serious.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel alive, also helps a lot with the selfs teem and complements with the training.
How I Stay Motivated:
Find it a bit hard but is a day by day battle...It's a dicipline!

Drink or not to drink....

Well, I've just have to say that stop drinking any kind of alcohol has make a HUGE impact in training and weight loss, the only problem is that here ina Australia, everything goes around the pub (lol), so every weekend It's a bit hard to go out not just for ...
