How I Started:
A friend of mine is a personal trainer. I waited a year after my son was born and when I realized that my body wasn't returning to normal, I inlisted in her help.
Why I Love It:
#1, I'm healthier and I have more energy and stamina.
#2, I feel like a million bucks when I'm done at the gym.
#3, I'm setting a good example for my son. He's only 2 but he likes to do exercises with his mommy!
How I Stay Motivated:
I haven't been able to wear a bikini since I had my son. I LOVE BIKINIS!! So I just look at pictures of bikinis that I want to wear. My husband is very active too and he keeps me motivated, as well as my trainer friend. She's always telling me that "it'll come" and it is!
BB Accomplishments:
So far I've lost:
3.5" Chest
2.5" Waist
4.5" Hips
1.5" Thighs
.5" Arms
and 20 pounds
My stamina and strength have gone up a lot as well. I can lift more and run longer than I could when I started!

Goal (Long):
I would like to get down to my pre-pregnancy weight, which was 123 pounds. I would also like to have somewhat of a flat tummy. I want to prove to myself that I can do it. I just want to be comfortable in my own skin again!
I made it myself :) Most of the excercises are from this site but I have to consider what else my day holds so some days my time is limited and other days I have more time.
I'm at a plateau right now, but luckily I'm not feeling too negative. I did start my crazy new eating routine (NOT a diet lol) and changed my workout. I'm counting all my calories, carbs, fat, protein...everything. Call me crazy if you will but it's kinda fun...sorta like a game and...

before you know it that baby belly will be gone , i think you look great for having a baby. Bringing a miracle into this world is worth the extra hrs at the gym. Rock it girl
