REACHED 3 WEIGHT GOALS..BUT STILL NOT COMP READY. STARTED KETO SEPT 08. NEW GOAL IS TO LOSE ANOTHER 3 LBS (DOWN TO 140LBS) AND BUILD OUTRAGEOUSLY LARGE HAMSTRINGS AND GLUTES!
I'm already a very fit healthy person, I don't work out to "look hot" although I already do ;) haha id just like to stay at the place I am right now in concerns to my body image and health
