When I Started: Jan, 2007
How I Started: I use to do off season training for hockey. I started to notice my body developing and liked the progress I was making. After hockey ended I decided to stay in the gym as a stress reliever from school and I eventually became addicted by bodybuilding.
Why I Love It: I love bodybuilding because it is a time in the day when I can be worry free. The music is pumping and I can lift as long and as hard as I want and release all of the built up stress from school. I also love being healthy and I think people should be in shape and have physically attractive bodies.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated because I am constantly stressed out with school and I eventually want to compete in local bodybuilding shows so I know i need to make improvements if I want to do well in those shows.
BB Accomplishments: Eating clean and staying on a solid program for my first year, I haven't done any shows yet I am not ready for that.
