Have been working out since high school (20yrs) when I was in sports. I have never gotten serious about getting in the best shape of my life. Have let myself go over the last 5 years.
Why I Love It:
Nothing beats the feeling of a pump, the rush of endorphins, and the feeling of a shrinking belly.
How I Stay Motivated:
1) Not wanting to look like the guy in my before picture.
2) I want to set an example for my boys about lifestyle and achieving goals.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I want an athletic physique like a light heavy weight MMA fighter.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?

I received my much-needed body transformation and lost over 50 lb’s in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program, it is not super easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I believe by focusing on your goal, staying strong and determined along with committing to do what needs to be done, the results will be well worth the effort. I wish you success and look forward to watching your progression.
Keep at it CJ. I've tried and failed many times myself. This time I know I'll make it. Three weeks in now and no turning back :) Just keep your eye on the prize!
