Seriously, it's been 3 years!

Okay, I have been on here for 3 years saying I'm to compete and have gone through alot of changes since I've started. Some were set-backs, and there was some weight gain, but I still have that mentality that I WANT to compete and give it my all.


This year I have absolutely NO excuses, and it's only me holding me back from doing anything. There are several shows in the Southern California area that I would like to do in June. I have to admit that I have fear, but that doesn't mean that I won't continue. I wanted to be overly prepared mentally and physically for my first show,

Feelin tired and discouraged

So cardio season, huh?  Turns out it just makes me really tired.  I have been pushing really hard trying to do no less than 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week.  I feel like I've been seeing no results and I just end up wanting to eat more because I am burning more calories.  I doesn't help that everyone I work with eats bad stuff so I am around it all day.  I don't give in and eat it, but it just pisses me off that I am busting my ass everyday in the gym and eating good stuff (I don't even eat any fruit because of the sugar) and I just feel like it is getting me no whe...

Okay kids....not much progress in these last few weeks. But I've been learning new training techniques so NOW shit is gonna get serious!  I'm going to be lifting 5x a week and doing cardio 7 days a week. My diet is back to being clean so if we should start seeing some changes!  I just gotta focus on not looking in the mirror everyday cuz I can't see anything when I do that.  I'll post up progress pics in a month to see how good that cardio worked. mybodybliss Hey!Happy new year :-* thanks for popping in ;-) great to hear you're back at it.Things have been slow for me of late with a little TOO much emotional eating!anyway,new year new attitude and very keen to begin eating cleanly again.
