Background

When I Started: Dec 2010
HOW I STARTED:

Was on the road a lot, couldn't eat healthy and started to notice my body wasn't as fit as it used to be. So I found a good work out partner and have been lifting with him since. Shout out to Nate Laemmlen the beast!

WHY I LOVE IT:

I like pushing myself and reaching goals I never thought would be possible. I like the idea that I'm in control of my body and my life style. I can push myself as far as I want to. Were the mind goes, the body will follow. I also believe God wants us to take care of our bodies as we are his temple.
