How I Started:
The sports I do and have done got me into weights. I ran D1 track during my undergrad and want to keep doing that, I am a triple jumper. I also do some motocross racing.
Why I Love It:
I love pushing myself. Nothing like being out of breath and dripping with sweat and loving every second of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I feel like crap when I don't workout, its like a hobby to me now.
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
If I am working out in the morning I have peanut butter toast with honey and some milk and water. Other wise just some small protein and carbs before I work out. I will take caffeince pill or drink coffee, I also take green tea pills.
