How I Started:
I've been athletic my entire life. I never really understood nutrition or weight training because I was so athletic I was always really muscular. Once I stopped playing sports, I worked at a gym, and was surrounded by wannabe healthy people (who obsess over cardio and take fat burners). Then, late last year, I started working out with a trainer, and my love of weights began.
Why I Love It:
I love the burn of my muscles and my body after a good workout. I love wearing clothes and being able to see my muscles throughout my body. I also really enjoy being stronger and more fit than most people I am around.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing how easily I look 'doughy' (I get muscle easily, but get thick easier). I also love the feeling of being active, which keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I may want to do a competition in the future, but that's a big maybe. I'm not on here to show off my body sexually. Honestly, I HATE taking/showing pics of my body, but I am hoping that my showing my body off on here, I can get tips and motivation from like minded people. I don't need to know how 'sexy' you may find me, no offense, but would love honest tips and motivation, from one health-minded person to the next.

Goal (Long):
I need to find a way that will allow me to maintain a leaner look that will be possible with my lifestyle. I want to lose fat and keep it off, rather than lose and gain back the 10 lbs that I'm always battling. I show muscle really easily, but also get thick easily, so I need to find a happy medium.

I'm hoping this is the motivation I need to stick with my workout. I tend to fall off easily because I don't like to show off my body, so I just go by my own personal perception of how I look. I work out to feel good about myself and to stay strong, not to be the best looking girl out...
