Reason: This supplement has thyroid support, Insulin support and mood Neurotransmitter regulators in it. I have not tried a product like this before and have always wanted to try it. I have a problem with all of these things. (I guess after having my kids.) Anyway, I wanted to get rid of some fat % before I start training hard with weights. My muscles tend to react very well to heavy weight training. So I didn't want to gain allot of muscle and have the fat just gloriously padding any gains.
