It's never too late!! Find an outrageous want/goal and keep at it until you can see it happening.
" I will compete within the next two years!" I will get a Harley within the next two years!"
Eat clean lifestyle - weigh 160 lbs - loose 18% body fat. I will have GUNS! I will compete in a fitness competition!
Goal (Long):
Every day I want to get better and better at knowing what eating clean is.
Today is July 20th - My Birthday is Aug.13. I want to have the momentum built for loosing fat, eating clean and buiding muscle by then. By Labor Day - I want to have lost 15-20 lbs., 10% body fat and to fit in my 10's with ease. By December I want to only have to concentrate on building muscle and not have to worry about the disgusting fat that makes me feel sluggish. By next year this time I would like to compete in a contest or fitness or fitness modeling. (Either would be a step in the right direction). By next winter - definately be in a fitness modeling competition. Beyond that I want to model for the fitness industry. (Got to pay for my Harley somehow)
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%

I knew I was in for trouble after Paul and I met and he asked me "Are you ready to hate me?" But after we were finished, I was energized and could feel all of my muscles again. However, on the 3rd day. I was hurten'! I went riding that day and it was not easy getting on and off the...
Regardless what the scale says, it sound slike you're making great progress, keep it up! Nothing much going on here. I've just tried changing my diet around, so that's a big change. Other than that, I'm just trying to keep this thing going!
Good for you and the trainer! I'm loving this 30 sec rest routine I'm doing. Most results I've seen in a while. I'll probably stick with it for a few more weeks!
That is not a bad thing. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn at rest. You keep doing what you are doing and you will create a body that helps you get/keep the fat off even when you are not activly on a seek and destroy mission (exercising)!
I know that my wife will enjoy hearing from you. We are doing pretty good and have changed our workout programs and are doing a 4 day a week routine now. You say you “could use more cardio in your life;” what do you have available that you can use?
I like the “new” profile name, it’s very kool.
How are things going with you? Have you been able to keep up with your weight workouts as well as cardio? Things good in your life? Stay strong and remember to smile.
Thanks, I spent quite a few years boxing in my youth, now I just do it for the exercise... blows to the head get old after awhile... I am considering taking up MMA, not to compete but just for the challenge, we'll see. Have a great Monday!!
Thank you as well. I'm sure we'll both get there. It just takes a lot of dedication, patience, and hard work. I'll be on the lookout for your successes as well! :)
