Playing football in high school.... we had a coach that constantly stayed on us lineman to be in the weight room. Been lifting since my freshman year of high school... so since 1998.
Why I Love It:
It's become as much as a part of my life as eating and sleeping has. I love seeing results. i love the metabolism increases.
How I Stay Motivated:
Getting closer and closer to my goals and feeding off other peoples weaknesses. If I see someone slacking or eating like crap, it just makes me want to be better.
BB Accomplishments:
Was 361 lbs around 23% BF in 2005-06. Couple bad motorcycle accidents and in July 08 I was 356 36%. As of 11/09, I'm 273 and 22%.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Typically take my NO supplement whatever it may be and rock out to some tunes on the way. Or I'll ride my motorcycle when its sub freezing to help get me amped.
