BB Accomplishments:
*Biggest accomplishment was taking myself from 128lb toothpick one month after my 18th b-day and clueless about bodybuilding and weights, to about 160lbs. with no steroids. Just hard work, studying diet/training in combination with real life practice paved the way for me. I went from getting laughed at to laughing at others. God gave me a Godly pride though. I keep most of it to myself.
*Used to workout in a dungeon gym and a room filled with cob webs. It didn't stop me. It rather motivated me.
*Physical education major-Cortland State
Minor-Sport Mng./first year was offered at college.
*When my weight was 155lbs. I could:
Squat- straight rack- 655lbs.max 5-8 reps.
*Dumbbel curl- 65lb./arm
*Calf Raises over 400lb.
*Leg extensions-estimated 120lbs.-high intensity
*Use strict form and twisting isolation movements with db.bells and machines.
*40-50 wide grip chins-(all the way up!)palms facing out with ease.
*closed grip chin ups-too many to count probably.
*shoulder press-machine-165lb. estimate.
*Incline-chest-165lb.estimate.
*Basically lift very heavy weight for my size; in long amount of duration and intensity. Could do 2-2.5 hr. work outs 4 days/ week.
*Used to train middle back with a 100dumbell. Squated over row movement with alot of ease.
*Over 200lb.deadlifting at 155lbs.in size.
*Tricep rope pulldowns probably over 200lbs.
*Took pride in doing alot of serratus exercise movements, with alot of intensity.
*Implemented time in each workout to work at and enjoy cardio vascular training ie.Rowing machine, stair stepper, treadmill, stretching exercises.
*I enjoy running on the track outside, getting a good fresh air, as well as different forms of dance.
*Thanking God for the ability He gave me to be flexible/ limber/ yet strong and passionate both inside the gym and out.
