How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I like to do century sets when I have time. I feel this gives me the greatest pump.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
3-5 minutes. If I try to go faster I tend to over train.
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Jumping rope, I only have to do it for ten minutes.

Leg press, usually 3-5 sets,...

Thank you for your encouragement; I'm not the same person as two years ago, and will never be that person again. However, I would like to find time to return to the gym on a more regular basis.
