A friend kept bugging me to go to the gym he worked out at, it was Glenn's Body Shop I saw the rows of dumbbells and was hooked.
Why I Love It:
I like manipulating my body through weight training. In the words of Arnold "the pump is like coming".

As I get older, I am very motivated by people,middle age or older, who stay active and in shape.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I like to do century sets when I have time. I feel this gives me the greatest pump.

I've been on vacation in Florida,  Redington Beach, with the family.  We had a really good time.  Did some biking on the Pinellas trail, a 39 mile path that parallels the gulf coast.  The heat and humidity were nice and high.  I sweat a lot.

Workout Program:
Right now my warm up is three phase.
I start off with 10-20 minutes of speedbag work, 5-10 minutes of rope skipping, and 20-30 minutes of footbag.

The next part of my workout is something heavy. I'll do one of three exercises, to stimulate hormone production.

Well, fortunately I was a fitness intructor for a while, and have previous BB training under my belt (a long time ago,lol) But if youre offering for free, I certainly wont mind some pointers :)
