How I Started:
For the fitness aspect so I could overcome the chronic asthma I was blessed with as a child!!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better knowing everytime I go into that gym I feel like a different person when I walk back out. I have a mission in front of me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Im the workout nazi not really a nazi just what people ive trained call me. I only push someone as hard as ill push myself. There are no limits!!!

Goal (Long):
Ever since I was a kid I was teased for being Stick boy!! Im an ectomorph who can eat anything and everything and still lose weight if I do to much. My progress is slow but my calorie intake is high and im never gonna give up. Lifes a marathon not a sprint. I help others achieve their goals so I know I can reach mine. I hope to be 195 with a bodyfat% of 6-7. Man thats alot of food :)

I switch it up every 6-8 weeks Ill do heavy negative training and then ill do a dropset program I just find these work best for me a lot of trial and error
