How I Started:
I have been very active all my life. Not until 07 did i really start to hit the weights. I have never been a fan of taking any supplements besides protien and fiber.
Why I Love It:
I love to workout because of how i feel when i gain results i want. I feel more alive when running.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated mostly because i push myself to the limits. I try to talk to friends and set dates so i can commit myself to going to the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
My most recent major accomplishment is running 600+ miles in 6 months. I also was able to flat bench 70lbs dumbells 8x last month

Oh wow. Yeah we are the same height and weight and both in the Navy. haha Well, for muscle gains I lift so I can do between 8 to 15 reps per set. I pick a medium to heavy weight so I can build muscle but stay "cut". And eat a lot of protein. Diet is the hardest part for me. Just try to stick to healthy stuff. Don't buy anything "bad" so every time you open the fridge you are not tempted to eat it. You have questions about splitting body parts and such?
